Prior to joining Matthews Custom Built Homes, Jon attended the NC State University – Raleigh and University of Montana – Bozeman. He has been involved with construction through the years and has worked with the professional tradesmen of Matthews Custom Built Homes. Beginning as an apprentice contractor, he has learned general contracting from the ground up. His years of experience and dedication to the industry have made him an integral part of the company as a project supervisor. His presence on the jobsites, working with the journey men and subcontractors, enables us to create a product that meets our high standards. Jon insures that each project is managed with the quality and precision that our customers expect and deserve.

Sheri Byers
Operations Manager

Sheri has been with the company since 2005 working as the financial officer of the corporation. Her previous employment was with the construction engineering department of the North Carolina Department of Transportation and she has also worked as a paralegal for a small law firm. Sheri manages the administrative and financial affairs of the corporation and insures that the accounting is kept in order. Our customers can rely on Sheri to keep their accounts organized. She is available to answer any administrative or account questions.
